What to expect

As the responsible person, you will be in charge of establishing and strategically and operationally leading the new national Mazars HR Shared Service Center to promote a modern and digital HR culture and ensure a smooth and innovative employee life cycle.

You will always keep an eye on compliance with legal requirements and guidelines and pursue the continuous development, implementation, and coordination of uniform HR structures and processes.

As a sparring partner for our partners, employees, and external stakeholders, your goal is to build and develop an intensive and trusting partnership with a clear focus on our business requirements.

You will work closely with all areas of our HR department to drive topics forward in a bundled, competent, and personal manner with your team.

You see yourself as a driver for defining and integrating the latest HR trends and tools.

What you bring

Completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resource management, labor and organization, business psychology, or similar.

Several years of (leadership) experience in human resources, including personnel administration and employee support, as well as excellent knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.

Excellent German and English skills, as well as empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people.

Proficient in common MS Office applications and a strong affinity for digital solutions (e.g. Workday).

Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, high resilience combined with an eloquent appearance
