Our client is an IT company that develops integrated and customized software for automotive workshops in Boyne City, MI.

The software manages all process steps of a workshop visit, from scheduling appointments to order acceptance, workshop activities, invoicing, and preparatory accounting.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual (m/f/d) to support our team in the continuous updates and installation for new clients.


In this role, you will:

  • Assist implementation consultants in providing tax and business management support to workshops
  • Communicate with various contacts in workshops and tax consultants
  • Evaluate tax reports for program changes
  • Import and export data, analyze it, and make necessary changes
  • Support workshops with questions regarding booking processes
  • Coordinate DATEVrelated system settings before implementation or set them up
  • Perform general organizational and administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or similar, with some professional experience
  • Knowledge of processes in automotive workshops
  • Excellent DATEV skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Serviceoriented, resilient, and willing to continuously learn
  • Sensitive and responsible when handling clients and their data
You can expect a friendly team and thorough training.

This position can be partially performed from home, but regular project meetings will take place at our headquarters in Berlin - approximately once a week.

Therefore, it is necessary for you to be located in the greater Berlin area.
