Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of branded goods and private label products for the retail sector in Fredericktown.

With several hundred employees, the company generates a turnover in the triple-digit million euro range and has experienced dynamic growth in recent years.

To further expand its market position, an ambitious manager (m/f/d) is now being sought as the new managing director. The company is located in northern North Rhine-Westphalia.

In this generalist role, you will be responsible for the continued successful and future-oriented direction of the company, as well as managing the associated change processes in line with the defined corporate strategy.

You will initiate customer-oriented product development, strategically realign sales, and ensure the maintenance and growth of business relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.

On the production side, you will ensure optimal location, equipment, and production structures, as well as a balanced procurement strategy.

At the same time, you will focus internally on ensuring efficient work and organizational processes.

Motivating leadership, coaching, and further development of the local management team, as well as promoting a trusting collaboration with employees and the works council, are also of central importance.

After completing your business or technical studies, you have gained many years of professional and managerial experience, including several years in the food industry.

You have also had P&L responsibility for some time and have practical expertise in strategic planning, restructuring, and risk and change management.
