Your tasks include:

To strengthen our team at the AWO Senior Home Kempten, we are looking for a Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (38.5 hours/week) as soon as possible.

Active implementation of quality management in the nursing and care department

Personnel management, planning and development

Perception and monitoring of risk management in nursing

Evaluation, planning and adaptation of work processes
