Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid RN or LVN license in the state of California
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or longterm care setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
