Install and remove real estate sign posts for residential or commercial properties and track sign inventory within compliance of corporate policies and procedures.

Panel inventory

Post inventory

Brochure box inventory

Miscellaneous inventory

Metal posts, lock boxes, etc.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Timely, professional, and accurate execution of sign related activities

Assigning tasks

Accepting tasks

Completing installations

Maintaining panel and rider inventory

Maintaining proper operating quantities of posts, paint, stencils, and related hardware

Scheduling of daily sign work orders

Occasional realtor office visits


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

General understanding of computers, good grammar skills, an understanding of the English language, a valid driver's license, must have a pickup truck.

A high school graduation or equivalent is a plus. Good interpersonal skills is a must.
