- Treat patients under moderate sedation and office-based general anesthesia (mentorship provided).
- Secure hospital privileges to care for special needs patients at the local children's hospital.
- Communicate treatment confidently with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and a 40+ member team across two state-of-the-art offices.
- Participate in on-call rotation and remain flexible to team needs.
- Grow your clinical and leadership skills in a mentorship-rich environment.
- Active Michigan dental license.
- ABPD diplomate status or on track to achieve ABPD board certification.
- PALS certification.
- Competitive Pay: $1,200 daily guarantee or 30–35% of monthly production (whichever is greater).
