    Local, well-established manufacturer in the Glens Falls area is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its close-knit team. Our client has grown by 50% this past year, and plans to continue to expand

    • This is a direct hire opportunity, with full benefit package
    • Salary: $45K - $55K
    • This is a fully onsite role in Glens Falls
    • Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
    As the Marketing Specialist, you'll work with a creative team to turn your ideas into reality in a Business-to-Business environment. You will collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems, apply technical skills relating to marketing and advertising, and work with multiple departments to tackle data-driven projects.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and industry publications. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Continually optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI, including customer-targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity for identifying new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with teams to create optimized marketing copy for digital and other platforms; provide feedback and guidance on copy concepts.
    • Generate content ideas based on market and customer trends.
    • Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate technical expertise and product propositions. Provide guidance on design and copy concepts aligned with brand messaging.
    • Coordinate with external agencies for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and social media paid campaign management. Plan and execute meetings to review performance, optimize campaigns, allocate budgets, and strategize targeting; collaborate to develop new ideas for effective campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and technical expertise.
    • Design, implement and continue to refine a robust lead management system (CRM / Hubspot) to optimize lead capture, tracking, distribution, and qualification for maximum sales enablement efforts.
    • Forge strategic partnerships with the sales team (internal and external) to cultivate seamless customer journeys and amplify sales force effectiveness.
    • Develop engaging initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment for employees. Craft compelling employer branding and marketing messaging to attract talent and strengthen brand image externally.
    • Updates company website as needed.
    • Distribute press releases, product announcements, and marketing collateral
    • Manage online profiles in associations, social media, and other industry accounts
    • Manage third-party profiles and related accounts
    • Prepare draft reports, budgetary, background documentation, and research for the Marketing Manager.
    Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2 years of proven work experience in marketing and advertising
    • Strong technical background and experience implementing and managing CRM systems.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proficiency with Adobe CC, particularly in Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator.
    • Google Analytics experience using web analytics platforms (GA4 or Universal Analytics) and experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
    • Ability to coach and develop others, possess exceptional communication skills, a strong analytical mind, a positive attitude, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
