Kitchen Manager (m/f/d) (full-time):


Your responsibilities:


  • You provide our guests with delicious food and pay attention to allergies and special dietary needs
  • You create beautiful buffets and assist with serving meals
  • You enjoy creating menus or buffets for celebrations or family programs
  • You adhere to the prescribed quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
  • Purchasing and calculation of goods, taking into account key figures
  • Goods receipt and storage in accordance with standards
  • Safe handling and application of key figures
  • Proper control and storage of food
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
  • Staff management and motivation
  • Shift planning
  • Creation of menu & buffet suggestions and changing menus
