    We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS OF "LITIGATION EXPERIENCE". You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must be able to independently process cases from suit to trial
    • E-file
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
    • Record and store client information
    • Maintain daily calendar
    • Independently manage case load of approximately 125 cases from suit to trial
    • Independently draft legal pleadings and documents

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous litigation experience as a paralegal in personal injury (3-5 year minimum)
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
