Skilled worker Job description As a train driver, you are responsible for the safe and punctual provision of our IC/ICE trains.

You also conduct train journeys on the railway network within Bavaria.

We are currently looking for you as an entry-level trainee for retraining as a train driver (m/f/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG at our Munich location.

What to expect during the retraining:

The retraining takes place over approximately 12 months on a full-time basis (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical training phases The theoretical and practical assignments usually take place at the Munich location You will complete the training with theoretical and practical exams The training group is expected to consist of 12 participants After your first years as a train driver, you have the opportunity to further qualify internally, e.g.

as a trainer, dispatcher or operational manager.

After your retraining, you will take on the following tasks:
You are responsible for regional train and shunting journeys with IC/ICE trains You also ensure their safe and punctual provision, as well as the execution of the journeys Any control and maintenance work, such as brake tests, are monitored and carried out by you in order to report readiness for departure In your daily work, you observe the applicable guidelines and
