    About this Role

    Fandom is growing Our Creative Producer & Copywriter opportunity is based in Los Angeles, and reports to our Premium Solutions team. The Premium Solutions team creates video content on behalf of Fandom's sponsorship clients.

    As the Creative Producer & Copywriter for our Premium Branded Creative Team, you will be the dynamic driving force behind the conception, development, and execution of outstanding branded content. Your dual role will allow you to manage the creative process while crafting compelling narratives that seamlessly integrate brand messages into the heart of our fandom communities.

  • Conceptualization and Strategy Development: Lead pre-sale efforts by articulating creative ideas in proposals, crafting compelling narratives, and developing visual concepts aligned with the client's brand.
  • Copywriting: Contribute to the creation of persuasive scripts in proposals during the pre-sale phase, ensuring a seamless transition from conceptualization to script development.
  • Post-sale, craft compelling scripts that translate approved concepts into actionable content, maintaining consistency with the client's vision and message throughout the entire production process.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during both pre-sale and post-sale phases, overseeing end-to-end video creative alongside Custom Strategy team members to adhere to project timelines.
  • Content Production: Manage the production of video content during post-sale, overseeing pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production editing to ensure the highest quality output. Work closely with the production team to maintain the integrity of the original concept, ensuring continuity from the proposal stage to the final product.
  • Feedback Integration: Establish a robust feedback loop throughout the entire process, gathering input from stakeholders and team members at various stages of both pre-sale and post-sale activities. Implement constructive feedback to refine and enhance video content, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in Branded Video content
  • Creative thinking to generate innovative ideas and craft visually compelling video content
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic planning to create strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
  • Copywriting excellency
  • Proficiency in using Google's suite of tools, knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere, video equipment such as cameras and lighting, and other relevant technologies
  • Adaptability in navigating changing priorities, project requirements, and emerging industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
