Responsibilities:

We entrust you with the responsibility of coordinating and managing our environmental engineering construction projects in Laredo Ranchettes West, TX
You will participate in construction and project meetings with the team, as well as with authorities and clients
Your tasks will include construction planning, work preparation, and billing
You will lead the construction projects with personnel responsibility for the onsite team
As a construction manager, you will work with the latest software solutions for construction site management, performance determination, and project documentation
Your responsibilities will also include the scheduling of equipment, machinery, and materials, as well as coordinating and monitoring subcontractors
LEAN tools will be integrated into your daily work routine

Qualifications:

You have completed training as a construction technician, further education, or a degree, preferably in construction or environmental engineering
Professional experience in construction management and knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) are desirable
You have a selfreliant, dedicated, and responsible work style
You enjoy working in a dynamic and agile team and are eager to continue your professional development
You embody innovation, respect, reliability, and trustful collaboration
We require good knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to work with modern constructionrelated apps
Very good knowledge of German
Willingness to travel
