Job Description:

HOW A WEB DESIGNER ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Expectation of 50% multimedia production and 50% web development/SharePoint administration.- Create multimedia products based on requirements provided by the customer and the project management.- Develops videos, multimedia interactions, original graphics, and design recommendations.- Stays current with the latest design software so as to improve in knowledge and skills and be able to assist in creating better design quality.- Works with Instructional Designers to select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as web-based training, webinars, Instructor Led Training, or online videos.- Assists with creating a detailed draft of a website or SharePoint site, outlining the various pages according to client specifications and needs.- Coordinates with other web professionals on the implementation of the website.- Proficient working with web development tools.- Adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines.- Develops and updates HTML pages (Drupal), SharePoint pages, and maintains existing content.- Assists with the graphics, page layouts, and animation that suit web pages and enhance its layout to create visual appeal- Assists with testing and ensuring products are user-friendly and interactive.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in web design, multimedia, or similar field.

Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience

Location: Remote
US Citizenship Required

Additional Requirements:

Experience working with Drupal.
Working knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint administration.
Experience with Adobe Cloud software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, Animator and Dreamweaver.
Ability to produce videos from storyboards or update existing videos.
Familiarity with Camtasia or Captivate a plus.
Be comfortable working directly with and making recommendations to customers.
Comfortable working on a distributed team, while working remotely.
Must be "clearable," meaning they already hold a CBP BI, or are able to obtain one.
