    Regular travel to Leesburg/The Villages, Ocala, and Lake Mary required

    Role and Responsibilities

    Responsible for day-to-day operational support and process oversight in North Central Florida. As an operations manager, you must demonstrate excellent organizational & communication skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations. This position requires knowledge of healthcare operations, especially within hospital systems. It is also imperative that you are technologically savvy, detail oriented, and have excellent follow-up skills. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflows within our group of providers at these hospitals.

    Some examples of tasks include:

    • Group & On-Call scheduling coordination between group & facility partners
    • Encounter & Billing validation & follow-up
    • Coordination of meetings & content preparation
    • Liaison between key facility leaders & contacts & the group's leaders
    • Support in resolution of provider/staff concerns
    • Provider facility credentialing & med staff support of provider files

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in related healthcare setting

    Preferred Skills

    • Excellent communication & organization/time management skills
    • Self-starter with attention to detail and working familiarity of tech/EMR systems

    Additional Notes

    This position reports to the Executive Director of Acute Services, with dotted line to onsite physician leadership
