Your office support role will be essential in demonstrating our commitment to client service & satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage shipping and receiving of parcels
  • Interact in a professional manner with clients and colleagues via phone, internet, and facetoface
  • Complete data entry accurately and timely, demonstrating high proficiency with client management system
  • Meet customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding agency's strong reputation for superior service
  • Continually expand knowledge of process and our customer focused business model in order to accurately address client concerns
  • Collect and confirm accuracy of customer information
  • Provide copies of declaration pages / ID card and other documents to customers
  • Log all interactions timely and as per company procedures
  • Process billing payments on carrier websites, respond to general billing inquiries, and document same accurately
  • Proactively problem solve, properly escalating to Management as needed

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in office administrative, an insurance background preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize workflow properly
  • Excellent customer orientation and the ability to navigate customer expectations
  • Advanced Tech skills familiar with

Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Excel, Word

  • Enthusiastic, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances while maintaining a professional demeanor
