Job summary
The Event Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ozaukee County by ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and coordinating high-impact fundraising and community events.This position supports organizational efficiency, donor engagement, volunteer communication and event execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and passionate about strengthening youth mentorship in the community.,
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning coordinating and executing fundraising events community engagement activities and agency celebrations. ,
- Maintain accurate records files databases including donor volunteer program information. , ,
- Part-time approximately 20-24 hours per week.
