Job summary
We're looking for an Event Coordinator to join our growing team and support the planning and execution of live events. In this hands-on role you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to wrap-up interacting directly with guests vendors and partners making sure every detail reflects our brand's energy and professionalism.Responsibilities
Assist in planning coordinating and executing live events community pop-ups and brand activations Support with event logistics including vendor coordination setup signage and on-site management Greet and engage with guests ensuring they have a positive memorable experience Provide event information answer questions represent the brand in a friendly professional way Collaborate with marketing sales teams aligning goals initiatives Help track performance gather feedback contribute creative ideas improvement Maintain materials supplies displays ensuring polished looks on-brand.Job description
