As part of a planned succession, the company management intends to hire a professionally skilled and personable individual as
Commercial Director (all genders) - with a focus on controlling for one of its business units (production sites in Germany, Italy, India, and China, own sales offices in France, Poland, the USA, Singapore, and Korea, as well as over 70 representatives and service centers worldwide).

This business unit represents 600 employees and approximately 20% of the company's turnover.


The future position holder (all genders) will report directly to the sole management of the business unit and will be responsible for the operational management and development of the controlling department.

In the past, the areas of accounting, financing, purchasing, and IT have been centralized. In the current structure, the responsibility includes around five employees.
