In this context, we are looking for a Team Leader Structural Planning (m/f/d) for the region of Upper Bavaria.


Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct verifiable static calculations for steel and aluminum structures.
  • Evaluate and inventory existing building structures.
  • Recalculate and reinforce building structures.
  • Project management and coordination of civil engineering tasks.
  • Teamwork to optimize planning designs.
  • Technical support and guidance for team members.
  • Development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
  • Continuous training and knowledge of industry trends.

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B1); additional languages are a plus.
  • Degree in civil engineering with professional experience.
  • Competence in structural design and knowledge of relevant standards.
  • Experience with industry software (AutoCAD, DIubal RFEM, FRILO, Harzer, MS Office).
  • Leadership skills and team orientation.
  • Organizational skills, reliability, willingness to travel.
