    Description
    Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the finance industry

    The Client Services Associate is a permanent opportunity with a fully onsite schedule.

    Responsibilities:
    • Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients while maintaining a professional image.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, while managing and frequently representing the Advisors across all communication platforms.
    • Create and maintain records, files, reports, and databases utilizing the Client Relationship Management platform.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive advisor.
    • Generate weekly reports; prepare cards and other mailings for signing and distribution.
    • Complete cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.
    Qualifications:
    • Associates degree or 3+ years of administrative experience in lieu of degree required.
    • Tech savvy individual with solid mastery of MS Office Suite for general communications, reporting, video conferencing and presentations.
    • Skilled at being in sync with the advisors and "playing chess" to manage priorities and scheduling, plus anticipate upcoming needs before they arise.
    • A humble, servant-minded individual that thrives in a team environment.
