    Description

    This role of International Senior Tax Associate is a critical hire for our client. It will focus on executing International Consulting & Compliance projects relating to both their corporate clients along with their individual clients. In this role you will gain exposure to a variety of complex international tax projects and unique situations.

    Responsibilities

    Provide tax compliance and consulting services to our high net-worth clients

    Participates in tax and consulting engagements and enhances skills identifying and addressing client needs

    Works with clients and their advisors to gather information needed to prepare tax returns

    Prepares complex individual, trust, estate, S-Corp, foundation, partnership, and gift tax returns

    Reviews basic individual and trust tax returns and provides written and verbal feedback to staff and interns

    Works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and within a team dynamic

    Prioritizes and completes tasks

    Collaborates and builds new relationships with other new professionals both inside and outside the firm

    Background:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

    CPA is a plus but not required

    Two (2) or more years of prior relevant International tax experience

    Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese would be helpful but not a must have
