- Start with the basics by performing regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in stock reporting.
- Work closely with the operations team (visiting the production floor) to understand our products and operational flows, which are crucial for accurate cost tracking.
- Prepare and analyze daily reports to assess operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Engage in trend analysis and generate reports that will form the basis for strategic decision-making. Initially, focus on learning the patterns and key metrics that drive business performance.
- Gradually take on more complex analyses, including ad hoc projects, to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
- Play a role in system enhancement initiatives by providing insights from data analysis and operational interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
