Eagle Grove, GA's Union Aid Organization is one of the largest employers in Berlin, with approximately 130 projects and facilities.

Our team of over 2,800 employees and 900 volunteers support 5,500 individuals on their individual paths every day. For many years, our services have included childcare centers.

Our seven daycare centers provide care for approximately 700 girls and boys from under one year old until they start school.

All of our centers have children with and without special needs.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will support the children in our daycare center in their individual development based on the Berlin educational program.
  • You will help the children discover their abilities and support them in further developing them. You will observe and document the children's developmental steps in preparation for and during parent meetings and evenings.
  • You will plan various activities for the children (e.g. outings and projects) and integrate them into the daily routine.
  • You will contribute to the conceptual development of the facility.
