RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the entire escrow process from opening to closing ensuring compliance with all DIFI requirements.

Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to accurately prepare settlement statements.

Examine title searches and address any title-related issues.

Coordinate with the buyer, seller, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather the necessary documentation to clear title issues

Calculate and prorate taxes, HOA fees, and other financial obligations related to the transaction.

Prepare and review closing documents.

Maintain complete and accurate records of all escrow transactions and related documents.


Requirements:

*Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Escrow Officer in a title company

*Must be knowledgable on Creative/ Owner Financing and working with Investors on Double Closings and Assignments

*Team player with great attitude and open to meeting the requirements set forth by management

*Strong Knowledge of Escrow Processes, Real Estate Transactions, Owner Financing and Title Insurance

*Proficient in using the software Qualia

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and others

*Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

*Strong Problem solving and decision-making abilities

*Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to market for new business by attending Real Estate Investment events and related networking events
• Salary and bonus package commensurate with experience

Pay:
$51, $80,000.00 per year
