RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the North American Talent Acquisition function by driving fulllife cycle recruiting process for Consultants and Corporate professionals at all levels.
  • Actively manage multiple staffing partners to augment highvolume and niche recruitment projects.
  • Maintain rigor in selection & assessment practices ensuring that appropriate tools are used to support the hiring decision making process, and skills development takes place as needed with hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Drive a rigorous approach to process ensuring that ERM's eRecruitment platform / ATS is used for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policy and local employment legislation relevant to recruiting activities.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 5+ years proven fullcycle, corporate recruiting experience successfully executing a variety of searches.
  • Recruitment experience in state of California required.
  • Bachelors' degree in relevant program (HR, Communications, Business, Psychology) or 8 years of equivalent experience.
  • Solid track record in delivering specialist / niche hiring within a corporate environment.
  • Experience recruiting for professional services / consulting model with an understanding of environmental and sustainability industries, engineering, or other technical disciplines highly preferred.
  • Ability and desire to work in an ever changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Recruiting CRM systems (Workday) and the reporting of KPI measures and metrics, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization, time management, verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and good professional judgement
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, highquality work in a fastpaced work environment, as well as to work under pressure efficiently with rapidly changing priorities.
