Reception is the hub of Broadview Wealth Management (BWM), and our Receptionist serves as our "Director of First Impressions" for our members, prospects, clients, and vendors.


  • Position ObjectivesEnsure our first impression is the best
  • Provide outstanding member and client service and bring to life each step of the Financial Independence Journey (FIJ).
Stamp all prospect and client interactions, whether digital, in person, or over the phone, with memorable "+1" service.

  • Know our clients and help enhance their relationship with Broadview.
  • Support and collaborate with the Advisor team by being the first line of contact with our clients.
  • Own and execute all Reception processes and responsibilities.
  • Deliver on all BWM Service Level Agreements (SLAs), both internally and externally.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, multi tasking environment and remain open to change, while still representing our core service values.
  • Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist members and clients with memorable "+1" level service. Have a hospitable presence and initiate conversation, while being mindful of time. Convey a sense of calm, maintain accuracy, and drive service levels in a fastpaced environment.
  • Own and deliver on all pieces of the reception role as documented in the Financial Independence Journey (FIJ).
Be able to act independently and take ownership of tasks.

  • Make appointments for prospects and clients, and coordinate Advisor and Team schedules in Salesforce.
  • Triage incoming calls, walk ins, and web requests, and connect with appropriate parties.
  • Maintain and log all client interactions, notes, and subsequent activity in Salesforce.
Maintain data integrity between Salesforce and LPL ClientWorks.

  • Utilize LPL ClientWorks to retrieve and update information about our clients.
  • Attend and/or provide support for workshops.
  • Complete appointment confirmation calls in accordance with BWM SLAs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of BWM, Credit Union, and LPL/FINRA rules, products, services, regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain the BWM supply order and organize storage and supply rooms.
  • Coordinate outside vendors visits, both in person and virtual.
  • Process employee reimbursements and check requests for vendors, and reconcile the BWM credit account.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned or required by the Director of Advisory Operations.
  • Minimum Job Qualifications:High School Diploma and at least one (1) year of experience in a related field.
  • Extraordinary client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technology.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.
  • Superior communication skills; oral, written, and auditory friendly and helpful in all interactions.
Professional demeanor.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and possess the ability to multi task.
  • Excellent computer skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to be present in the office daily.
