We are seeking a Tech-Savvy Operations Coordinator to join our team.

As the primary point of contact for both customers and drivers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and satisfactory solutions to customer inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ReturnQueen's processes, products, and services.
• Plan efficient driving routes using mapping tools to optimize travel time.
• Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and address recurring issues.
• Update customer records accurately in the database.
• Manage the entire return process.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and contribute new ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from facilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM and TMS routing systems.
• Genuine passion for assisting customers and solving problems.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hybrid work environments is preferred.
• Experience in route planning and monitoring.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
