Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive training curricula specifically tailored for property management, with a strong focus on beachfront property management processes.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization.

Manage the rollout and execution of training initiatives, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and high-quality delivery.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.

Employ advanced technology solutions for training delivery to enhance learning experiences and access.

Compliance and Regulatory Training:

Keep staff updated with the latest property management regulations and standards, particularly for beachfront properties.

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Over 7 years of property management experience, including at least 5 years in managing beachfront property processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Fair housing certified (preferred)
