Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of property management experience, including at least 5 years in managing beachfront property processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Fair housing certified (preferred)
