We are currently seeking a

Director of Nursing (m/f/d) in full-time for the Paulinenpark Care Center

Your responsibilities

  • Scheduling of shifts
  • Monitoring, ensuring and further developing the quality of care
  • Personnel management in the nursing department
  • Point of contact for residents, family members, external and internal partners
  • Participation in central and decentralized working groups
  • Conducting trainings
  • Collaboration in the management team

Your profile

  • You have a recognized qualification in a nursing profession with additional training as a Director of Nursing or a degree in Nursing Management
  • You are committed and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • You are solutionoriented
  • You are open to new ideas
  • You are excited to further advance digitalization in the nursing field
  • You are a team player (m/f/d)
