As a Case manger, you will be a vital part of the Team and work collaboratively with the Clinicians.

You will focus on understanding the needs and wants of a patient, helping them overcome obstacles and challenges, both financial and scheduling, while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life.

To be a remarkable Case manager, you must establish trust and the confidence necessary to help patient's navigate their Care Plan.

You will need to learn and then express a breadth of knowledge in these areas.


Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers.
• Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
• Analytical skills to assess and develop individualized care plans.
• Previous experience in sales to promote services and products effectively, ESPCIALLY PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE AS CASE MANAGER IN DENTAL AND PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC.
• Proficiency in Spanish would be an asset for communicating with a diverse patient population.
• Technical sales skills to explain complex medical information to clients and partners.

Pay:
$ $34.00 per hour
