Assistant Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Responsible for everything that occurs during your shift, including meeting company goals related to inventory, labor, and cash control, all while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Must lead by example, enforcing all company policies and procedures and ensuring team members do the same.

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.

MANAGER TRAINEES WILL LEARN TO:

- Recruit, train, and lead a team that aligns with company objectives.
- Stay updated on effective hiring and marketing strategies.
- Track and report Food Cost Variance.
- Manage labor requirements and schedules.
- Conduct and manage team meetings.
- Understand different personalities and how to handle them effectively.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have fewer than three moving violations in the last three years.
- Must have no recent drug or alcohol-related motor violations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
