We are currently seeking dedicated Inside Sales Representatives for our Indianapolis location. This role involves selling and creating customer orders for building materials, and providing excellent customer service. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and success while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Quick Details:
- $17.00 hour pay with potential sales bonuses + benefits, (See below);
- Hours are 7:00am 5:00pm M-F, and when scheduled, Saturdays 7:00amNoon;
- You'll be creating customers orders on a PC for their needed materials and upselling them other goods and services that we have;
- You must have Customer Service Experience, be friendly and the ability to pivot to other tasks quickly.
Qualifications:
- Must have a positive attitude and be friendly in your dealings with customers and coworkers;
- Must have experience in customer service with multitasking abilities;
- Must have proficiency in using a PC;
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to calculate the area of a square, rectangle, and triangle.
- Must have a current Driver's License and own transportation to work.
- Must have the ability to work weekends when scheduled;
- Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in the building products industry is a plus, but not required.
