We are currently looking for you at the earliest possible date in the Caritas workshops in Arnsberg as

Head of Finance and Services (m/f/d)_Full-time or part-time employment of at least 75%, permanent_


The Caritas workshops in Arnsberg are a recognized and certified workshop for people with disabilities according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and MAAS-BGW.

Currently, we offer around 670 people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in work life. The place of work is Arnsberg, and the locations of the workshops may include all locations.


Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the central control and coordination of business processes as well as controlling processes in the workshop,
  • Analysis and preparation of business key figures,
  • Responsibility for the preparation and timely submission of documentation for cost carriers, authorities, and committees,
  • Participation in the preparation of remuneration negotiations,
  • Disciplinary and professional responsibility for the associated work groups in the field of services,
  • Further development of the department,
  • Participation in the development of new fields of work for the workshop.

Your competencies

  • Completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification in controlling,
  • High business and personnel management skills,
  • Systematic and structured work approach,
  • Communication, teamwork, and networking skills,
  • Responsible, committed, and flexible work style,
  • Positive attitude towards the goals and values of Caritas. We are a church.
