Our Agency is searching for enthusiastic, loyal, and driven team member.
This position will be responsible for:
- Being a point of contact for the agency
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Listening and resolving routine issues
- Responding to billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations
- Preparing ID Cards & Binders & processing policy changes
- Quoting renewal and new business policies
- Reviewing coverages with clients
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a genuine willingness to lean, be intuitive and resourceful
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Must maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be able to provide excellent customer service
- Computer Literate
- Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, AMS
- Proficiency to multitask, followthru and followup
- Exceptional communication skills
- Personal Lines experienceat least 1 year
- Experience with working with underwriters with various carriers

Required education:
- High school or equivalent
- NYS Brokers License or willingness to obtain within 1 year
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
