Commercial Group Lifting Products is a manufacturer of Wire Rope Slings, Alloy Lifting Chain Slings, and Synthetic Lifting Slings. We are a distributor of Rigging and Lifting products and provide inspection and testing services for all above products.


Description

Commercial Group Lifting Products is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our team located in Gary, Indiana.

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Provide quotes
• Enter customer orders
• Troubleshoot customer concerns

Requirements:

• Industry and sales experienced preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong Phone Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Strong Time Management
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
