The Scatter I and NY/NY III, Program Director is responsible for the day to day management of the program's goals and objectives.

The program Director will make sure that clients receive comprehensive case management, support services, and help clients attain their goals to maintain permanent housing.

• Implement all program deliverables as specified in the HASA contract.
• Oversight of the coordination of treatment, including mental health, substance abuse, medical, treatment adherence, and ADL skills.
• Facilitate the weekly interdisciplinary team meeting.
• Be responsible for ongoing supervision of staff in this program. Meet with all direct reports on a weekly basis.
• Complete and submit all reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand and utilize information about the program from various oversight, compliance, and regulatory sources and integrate that information into the daily program operation.
• Integration of all agency program services with HASA programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the needs of the program during budget preparation and then comply with the program budget as approved. Continuous monitoring of all expenses and revenues.
• Participate in the Housing Programs Director's meeting, clinical conferences, and other needed meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention as required.
• Be involved in all aspects of quality improvement for the Housing Support Services division.
