Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our facility.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
• Perform handson maintenance tasks as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in industrial maintenance is preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in industrial maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with logic controllers, low voltage systems, and high voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

Pay:
$ $22.86 per hour
