Requirements:


  • 2+ years of handson MSP or similar field experience (optional)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Current Industry Certifications (preferred)

Proficiency in:


  • Windows Server and desktop (build and migration)
  • Exchange Server and O365 support
  • Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V)
  • Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure)
  • Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)
  • Printers/Scanners
  • Backups/Recovery and test restore

Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert IT services both remotely and onsite
  • Support clients primarily in RI, with potential travel in the Tri-State area
  • Maintain a selfmotivated work ethic
  • Possess reliable transportation
