Your responsibilities

  • Telephone support and administration in the 1st level team
  • Installation/preparation of customer systems
  • Performing maintenance work on customer systems
  • Monitoring our monitoring systems and resolving resulting alarm messages
  • Collaborating with the 2nd level team to hand over 2nd level tasks

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training in the IT field
  • You have good knowledge of installing/administering Microsoft server and desktop products
  • You have good troubleshooting skills
  • You have experience with virtualization technology (HyperV & VMware)
  • Basic knowledge of firewalls (Sophos, OPNsense), Microsoft 365/Azure, and backup techniques (Veeam) is a plus
  • You are a team player, motivated, and independent
  • You have strong communication skills
