Gearparts GmbH is a renowned internet retailer specializing in parts for small motorcycles up to 50cc and 125cc.

Located in the central area of Hofheim am Taunus (between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main), we operate a warehouse of over 1,500 square meters where we store and ship a wide range of products.

To support our constantly growing company, we are looking for a competent and experienced Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to lead and develop our team of 6 dedicated employees.

Your responsibilities:

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse processes
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Continuously optimizing processes in the warehouse area
Managing and developing warehouse staff
Picking, packaging, and shipping goods
Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Your qualifications:

Several years of experience in warehouse management, ideally in a leadership role
Completed vocational training
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team
Structured, organized, and independent work style
Willingness to be handson
Friendly, open, and communicative
Good German language skills (spoken and written)
Knowledge of the motorcycle industry is a plus
Forklift license is desirable
Good PC and Office skills
