Job Overview:

General Admin Support to VP Business Operations, including:

  • Organize and Scan Receipts for Bookkeeping
  • Answer Business Phone and respond to messages
  • Maintain List of Villages where company operates and get yearly Licenses
  • Request Utility Marking (Julie) for each job. Put Dig# in Calendar and LMN
  • Track and maintain list of Crew Dump Fees
  • Online purchases for business
  • Order uniforms and hand tools as needed
  • Communicate with Crew Leader for their purchases and truck maintenance
  • Translate documents into Spanish for Crew
  • Translate calendar notes into Spanish for Crew
  • Ensure each company vehicle is up to date on state and city stickers, etc.
  • Admin support as needed for annual reports, insurance, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
10+ hours per Week
