Job Description

  • Organization and maintenance of personnel files
  • Updating internal databases (e.g. in case of illness or maternity leave)
  • Preparation of HR documents
  • Creation of contracts
  • Regular preparation of HR key figures
  • Updating employee inquiries regarding HR topics
  • Support in compiling payroll information
  • Provision of data sets and reports for payroll processing
