Job Summary:
Role is hybrid and requires onsite presence in Malvern, PA


The purpose of the Billing Administrator job family is to ensure the smooth operation of the Service business, by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of case/work order closure, invoices, and cost assignment to customer contracts where appropriate.

This family is focused on recognizing revenue and billing, and works collaboratively with the wider organization to ensure we provide exceptional service to our customers.

You are part of

Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Company's Connected Care business cluster.

The Company's BioTelemetry is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year.

The Company acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021.

The combination of The Company and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home, a leading provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor's degree (a plus)Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections and/or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experience
  • Strong verbal communication with internal/external partners
  • Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • Must be commutable distance to our Malvern, PA office location.
  • This Hybrid position is not 100% remote, you will be expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
