Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Responsible for smooth production processes in terms of monitoring deadlines, ensuring quality and safety
  • Mastery of plant technology, adjustment of process parameters and troubleshooting
  • Instruction of employees in their area of responsibility
  • Timely completion of orders
  • Optimization of processes in production
  • Responsibility for the condition of technical equipment and initiation of maintenance, repairs and improvements

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the field of metalworking
  • Solid knowledge of general metal processing
  • Leadership skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on mentality
