    We are seeking an experienced Director, Network Infrastructure to lead the organization's network strategy, design, implementation, maintenance, and operations.

    Reporting to the VP, Engineering, this position will develop and lead a comprehensive network infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

    This role requires strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and strategic vision to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our network infrastructure.


    The Game Plan :
    (Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive network infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Network Design and Architecture:
    Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures to meet current and future business needs.
    Continuously assess and optimize network performance, capacity, and efficiency through monitoring, analysis, and implementation of best practices.

    Security Management:
    Implement and enforce robust network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.

    Vendor Management:
    Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and procure network hardware, software, and services.

    Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
    Develop and manage the network infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation.

    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure network infrastructure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as mitigation of security risks and vulnerabilities.

    Incident Response:
    Lead and or participate in incident response team(s) during events that impact business operations.
    Disaster Recovery and

    Business Continuity:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    ~8+ years of experience in network engineering, and 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
    ~ Expertise in network design, implementation, and administration, including LAN/WAN, Cloud Connectivity, Cloud Networking, and wireless technologies.
    ~ Strong knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and best practices.
    ~ Experience with network monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting tools.
    ~ Experienced in successfully managing complex network infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
    ~ Master's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, a plus
    Experience in a media networking environment utilizing technologies such as multicast, SMPTE 2110

    Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
