Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for the company's fleet of vehicles
- Utilize phone systems and transportation management software to efficiently dispatch drivers and track deliveries
- Monitor and manage fleet operations, including fuel usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain transportation records
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by communicating with drivers and customers
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred
- Familiarity with a transportation management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively coordinate multiple deliveries and schedules
- Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make quick decisions to ensure efficient operations
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills for accurate record keeping

Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
