YOUR PROFILE:

You have an affinity for bicycles and emobility.
Carrying out workshop tasks with expertise is no problem for you.
Ideally, you have completed training as a bicycle mechanic / mechatronics technician or you are confident as a career changer with technical understanding, sensitivity, and manual dexterity to enter the industry.
You have a friendly demeanor, enjoy working in a team, and interacting with customers brings you great joy.
Customer, intake, and information conversations, as well as working in sales, are natural for you.
You provide competent advice to our customers on service products, such as care products or insurance coverage.

A fair fixed salary above the industry average (significantly above minimum wage) forms the basis of your compensation.
