Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team.

The Behavior Technician will work closely with individuals requiring behavioral support, implementing interventions to enhance their quality of life and social interactions.

Duties:

• Implement behavior management techniques and interventions as directed by the behavior analyst.
• Provide care for individuals with PTSD, addiction, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral challenges.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills:

• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and addiction counseling.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records.
• Proficiency in data collection methods for behavioral analysis.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
