    Description

    Warehouse Associate Position at Smart Warehousing

    • Move merchandise and products throughout the warehouse
    • Complete required paperwork for support
    • Tag orders as requested
    • Ensure product is carefully moved from staging to the truck
    • Comply with safety, security, and company policies

    Tasks & Accountabilities:

    • Count and compare all product before storage
    • Check inbound shipments for damage
    • Report shortages, overages, and damages
    • Compare product quality to customer orders
    • Operate machinery efficiently
    • Participate in inventories
    • Maintain clean work areas
    • Assist in warehouse security

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience in warehouse operations
    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Proficient with technology
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to take initiative and work assertively

    HiLo Operator Responsibilities:

    The HiLo Operator is accountable for forklift operations, including moving, locating, and counting merchandise. They may also perform Order Filler and Checker duties.

    Physical Demands:

    • Sit, talk, and hear throughout the day
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
    • Operation of equipment
